Welcome to Cub Scout Pack 134 in Rush, NY.

Welcome to Pack 134!

Cub Scouts builds character, teaches citizenship, and promotes personal fitness. Our Cubs learn by doing their best in all activities. The activities cover topics from science, sportsmanship, service to others, and spiritual growth. Fun is integral to the program.

Our pack is chartered by the Rush Fire Department in Rush NY and have been serving the Rush-Henrietta area for over 45 years.

Please come to anyone of our meeting to find out more. Boys and Girls from kindergarten to fifth grade are welcome to join.

Pinewood Derby

Pinewood Derby is Saturday, 2/8 at the Rush United Methodist Church.

Check in from 8:30 - 9:00. Races start at 9:00.

Friday, 2/7 is practice day to tune up your cars. The track will be available at 6:00 pm at the Church.

January Pack Meeting

On January 16th at 6:30 p.m.

Meet at the Rush Fire Hall

Activities: Adventure awards, Fun, Pinewood Derby Cars, and more Fun!!

Please bring your Pinewood kit with a template or basic design drawn on the block.

We'll have adults with band saws and sanders to help create the shapes of the cars and answer questions.

Painting and final assembly should be done at home.

Applebee's Flapjack Fundraiser

Our annual Pancake Breakfast Fundraiser is on January 11th. 

The 8 tickets per Cub (4 per additional Cub) will be passed out at the December pack meeting.  If you didn't get your envelope, contact us through the pack email.  The price for the tickets is included in the annual dues.  You are welcomed to sell them to family and friends for $6 each for you to keep.  If you need more tickets, please let the Committee know.

Please sign into the website and register that you are coming by January 8th.  It will help us plan the event better.  If you are unable to sign in, please let us know by responding to this email so we can help.

The Details:

Please wear Class "B" shirts (Pack t-shirts, Cub Scouting t-shirts, or navy blue t-shirts)

The Cubs will seat our guests and families, take orders, deliver the food, and bus the tables.  It's amazing to see our boys and girls so helpful.  Applebee's will have staff in the kitchen to cook and run the dishwasher.

Please arrive at 7:30 a.m.

Service will be from 8 a.m. until 10 a.m.
